Wheels 50/50 Fundraiser Program

Wheels Family Skating is teaming up with your non-profit organization to provide an unbelievable fundraising opportunity.

We want our FUNdraiser Program to be simple for everyone involved while offering the most profitable solution for your cause. Wheels has developed this program as a way for us to give back to non-profit organizations in our community.

How Does It Work?

  • Select a Date & Time for your FUNdraiser
    2 hours, Private Party, Thursday night from 6-8pm
  • Wheels will create a flyer for your organization to promote your event.
  • *Admission is $8.99 + tax per guest if purchased online and includes skate rental, if needed. ($9.99 + tax per guest if purchased at the door.)
  • 50% of each $8.99 admission goes back to your non-profit organization.
    Must have a minimum of 50 admissions sold to receive 50% admission split.
  • Our cafe will be open to serve your guests.

*EVERYONE will be charged the admission fee, skating or not. A LIABILITY WAIVER must be completed for all attendees, skating or not. Waiver must be completed by parent / legal guardian if under 18 years if age.

We love Wheels! They're active in the community and schools and provide a fun, positive environment for family fun. They serve good food with plenty of combo deals, as well. It's also a great place for birthday parties!

It's a very professionally ran place, and very organized when it came to parties. Well timed on events, and hosted well. The kids all loved it and I didn't break an ankle. :) All in all, a nice, clean, family oriented place.

I highly recommend this place for skating anytime but especially for a child's birthday party. They have a great friendly staff who is so helpful. I had my 9 yr old daughters birthday here and everything was amazing. They take care of every detail and help you stay on track with the party.
